If we miss our promised deadline and Meridias
Capital is at fault we will pay $100.00 per day to both the buyer and the
seller.
Guaranteed Realtor
Commission
If the loan fails to close due to Meridias Capital's
fault we will pay the full commission to both real estate agents involved
in the transaction.

Disclosures
These guarantees are placed on all of our approval
letters. This ensures the highest quality customer service to prospective
realtors and clients.
Service Standards & Internal Quality
Control Measures
• Underwriting turn times are no longer
than 16 business hours.
• Docs drawn and delivered to the Escrow
in under 6 business hours.
• Funding turn times range from the
same day loan documents are signed to a maximum of 48 hours.
• Prior to
Docs (PTD) and Prior to Funding (PTF) conditions are all handled the same
day they are received.
• Proprietary underwriting system notifies the
loan officer as soon as the loan is approved, as soon as the the documents
are ready for signing and as soon as the loan has funded.
