1. Bj’s World Service Warrantee

   For Repair and Maintenance work

   1. We warrantee our work for 30 days.
   2. This warrantee covers the previous issue occurring again. If it does, our labor to fix it again is free.
   3. This does not cover situations where the user creates the problem again. For example: Downloading another virus after we repaired the PC from virus infection.

   For new creations (software, hardware, or services)

   1. We warrantee our work for 90 days against any errors directly related to the work we performed.

   Web Site Publishing

   1. Bj’s World endeavors to design the customer’s web site to their specifications and is not responsible for any copyright infringements or damages caused by the content the customer provides.
   2. Bj’s World will fix for free any spelling and other errors that we created that deviate from the customers provided material.
   3. In the event the customer created or provided any errors, we will attempt to correct such errors if we find them in the normal process of doing the work, but we are not responsible for those errors.

    

2. Bj’s World Product Warrantee

   Hardware

   1. Bj's World is not a reseller of computer hardware. However, occasionally we may sell good used computer parts at a fair cost. Those parts are sold as is with no warrantee.
   2. Bj's World may purchase parts in the name of the customer. The warrantee for those parts are between the customer and the merchant who provided the parts.

   Software created by Bj’s World

   1. Please refer to the applicable end user license agreement, which is included with the software.
   2. Bj’s World is not obligated to repair or replace software under this Limited Warranty.

Except as expressly stated in this warranty, Bj’s World makes no other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Bj’s world expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this limited warranty.
