1. Download Hamachi
2. Open Hamachi.
   
3. Follow the Red Arrows to install.

7. Use Hamachi Basic

10. Finish
    
11. Hamachi has its own instructions to set it up. Follow those instructions with your tech on the phone so you can join the same network your tech is using.
12. Download TightVNC
13. Open it

20. Install
    
21. Finish. It will need to restart
    
22. Open your Control Panel and open Security Center.
    
23. Open Windows Firewall
    
24. Click the Exceptions Tab
    
25. Add Program
    
26. Locate and select "Launch TightVNC Server"
    
27. OK
    
28. Now you are ready for your tech to help you fix your PC remotely.
