    One computer tech (who does not and will not work for us) told me in bragging, that he had a customer who simply had booted their computer up with a non-bootable floppy disk in the drive, preventing it from starting up. Instead of telling the customer over the phone to simply pop the floppy disk out and reboot, the tech went to the customer's home and pretended to work on the computer for two hours. He charged the customer $130 and walked out the door laughing at how stupid he thought that customer was.

    That kind of behavior is appalling and is not looking out for the customer's best interest. We believe that if we treat you right and save you money, then you will keep calling us back. Not only that, but you will also refer your friends and family to us.
